If your support request is related to one of our services that is not working correctly then we provide technical assistance free of charge, however, if your support request is more of a one-to-one training session then we will charge accordingly.

&lt;h2&gt;One-to-one tech support pricing:&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Telephone based training &lt;/strong&gt;- £1 per minute or £35 for one hour.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Email based support &lt;/strong&gt;- £1 per minute for work carried out or £35 per hour.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Please note we will advise you of any charges and the price in full before any support commences.&lt;/div&gt;
